• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

ub777 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

Each individual may register only one (1) account on the ub777 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and must promptly update it if any details change. ub777 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been carried out by you, and you will be held responsible for all such activity.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify ub777 customer support immediately.

ub777 is required to conduct Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and gaming regulations. By registering an account, you consent to ub777 collecting, processing, and verifying your personal information for this purpose.

KYC verification may be required at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or at any other time at ub777's discretion. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, PhilSys National ID)
• Proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document showing your current address, dated within the last three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash or PayMaya account showing your registered name)
• Source of funds declaration, where required

ub777 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and restrict account activity until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Documents submitted for KYC purposes will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Deposits. All deposits must be made using approved payment methods. ub777 currently accepts GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers via major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted. All deposit amounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).

ub777 does not accept deposits via credit card for gambling purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations. Deposits made using prohibited payment methods will be returned to the source, less any applicable processing fees.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in your account dashboard.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. ub777 aims to process approved withdrawals within one (1) to three (3) business days.
• ub777 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times.

ub777 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

ub777 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and expiry dates.

General bonus terms applicable to all ub777 promotions include:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified time period. Bonus funds that expire before wagering requirements are met will be forfeited.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ub777 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the platform
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the ub777 platform
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ub777 staff or other players
• Using the platform for any purpose other than personal recreational gaming

All content on the ub777 platform — including but not limited to the ub777 name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of ub777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ub777 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the ub777 platform without prior written consent.

Any unauthorized use of ub777's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

ub777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe environment for all players. We recognize that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

ub777 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ub777 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the platform.

In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are not permitted, ub777's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

ub777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months
• At the player's own request
• As required by applicable law or regulatory authority

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and any outstanding security checks.

You may close your account at any time by contacting ub777 customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such dispute.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, ub777 reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.

ub777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ub777 will notify registered users by posting a notice on the platform and/or sending an email to the address associated with your account. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

Your continued use of the ub777 platform following the posting of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.
